2021 Caterham Summer Open Day - Sunday 30th May

2021 Caterham Summer Open Day - Sunday 30th May

It's back!   We're delighted to announce that our official Caterham Open Day returns for 2021.  Join us at Caterham Gatwick on Sunday 30th May 2021.

As you know, we were unable to host our usual Easter Open Day in 2020 due to the on-going coronavirus pandemic.  Fortunately, there is light at the end of the tunnel and events have been given the green light from BoJo from the 17th May.   There is every possibility this could change, so we'll be keeping everything crossed until then.

Our annual open day is the ultimate event for Caterham owners, enthusiasts and fans alike.  Hosted at our Caterham Gatwick HQ, we bring together Caterham owners from around the world to catch up, connect, and check out some of the legendary vehicles we have on display.  As well as being one of the largest gatherings of Sevens, it's also a fun (free) day out for all the family.

This year we've got plenty going on, below is a run down of what will be going on:

  • Our parts sale is back!  OFFICIAL Caterham parts at knock-down prices for one day only (no, we can't reserve anything or hold onto it).
  • Free Drinks and Breakfast Burgers
  • Our very own - full size - Caterham simulator
  • Reaction games and giant Scalextric
  • A chance to win a free Caterham hire
  • The Caterham Motorsport Zone
  • Exclusive Test Drive sessions

We'll have a variety of cars on display, such as:

  • The Grand Tour Seven as driven by James May
  • The Top Gear R500
  • The Caterham Formula One Car

As mentioned, this is one of biggest gathering of Caterham vehicles in one place - so all parking around our Gatwick site will be exclusively for Caterham vehicles only (no matter how lovely your classic car may be).  Any vehicles that don't meet this criteria will be towed.  A majority of the event will be hosted outdoors to ensure we create the safest possible event for all of our visitors, so we'll be using all of the possible available space. Additional and overflow parking details will be shared in the near future.  Currently, we won't be running our kids corner or a self-serve area to ensure that everyone is kept as safe as possible.

We’ll be adhering to the latest Covid-19 guidelines, so although the event may be a little different o what you've experienced in the past - we'll still be making sure to give you a fantastic time.

We can't wait to welcome you back!
