A Massive Hunt, and a Tiny Seven

A Massive Hunt, and a Tiny Seven

In November 2020, the biggest motoring show - in the world - returned to our screens.  The Grand Tour trio took on one of their biggest challenges to date, in some of the harshest driving environments they've ever faced. We're not one for spoiling the fun - so you'll have to go and check out the episode on Amazon Prime by clicking here

Seeing as you're already reading this article, it is very likely you already know their car choice was anything but conventional.  Jeremy Clarkson opted for a Bentley Continental, Richard Hammond chose a Ford Focus RS, and James May picked out a Caterham Seven 310R.  Each presenter modified their cars, from exo-skeletons and armour plating, to tank tracks and pirate flags, the cars were transformed from sports cars to off-roaders.

Embracing the simplicity and lightness of a Seven, Captain Slow decided the best course of action was to add some bigger wheels, spotlights and a winch.  Job done.   We won't tell you how the 310R performed, you'll have to watch that yourself.  For now, check out the images kindly provided by Amazon.
