The Role:

The Brand Team, based at our Brand Marketing Headquarters in Crawley, is looking to recruit an Global Brand Manager to over see its team of 6 (3x Marketeers, 2x Press Car Technicians and 1x Designer). 

As the Global Brand Manager you will define Caterham's Global Brand Plan and oversee the teams execution of it, ensuring marketing KPI's contribute to achieving the companies broader Commercial Objectives. 

This role requires someone who is tenacious, self-motivated, capable of working under their own initiative and resilient. They must be able to work within a fast paced environment and capable of delivering multiple high priority projects simultaneously.  

Duties and responsibilities:

  • Define and oversee the execution of Caterham's brand marketing plan ensuring its contribution to enhancing brand equity.
  • Develop marketing strategies which deliver on agreed marketing KPI's and enable the companies ability to meet its broader commercial objectives.  
  • Devise innovative campaigns which promote the brand's full product portfolio (Hire, new cars, used cars, Parts, Service, Insurance and merchandise) global.
  • Ensure a regular pipeline of high quality and qualified sales leads to fuel the sales funnel through Caterham's global retail network. 
  • Input into and assist the delivery of, Caterham's new product development process ensuring their successful introduction to market.    
  • Produce specific marketing collateral and assets, which support prospective consumer's education and aid their buying behaviour.  
  • Guarantee the accuracy of Caterham's global communication strategy, ensuring a good balance of commercial and leisure content to maximise engagement. 
  • Lead the Brand Marketing team, ensuring tailored development plans which aid personnel to achieve their career aspirations. 
  • Ensure the marketing budget is managed accurately 

In order to be successful in this position, you must have following skills/experience:

  • Strong experience within broad ranging marketing roles
  • Experience within a strong brand would be an advantage - particularly with automotive/lifestyle brands
  • A relevant degree OR demonstrable achievements within marketing environment
  • Highly organised with strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Outgoing and creative personality 
  • Firmly a team leader
  • Passion for sports cars


A salary of £52k- £60k is available subject to experience and skill level. After a 3 month probationary period, a range of benefits such as eligibility to join the company pension scheme and staff purchase discounts.
